Consider Citrus!

I purchased a Meyer Lemon tree at a 'large box store' about 5-6 years ago and enjoy fresh lemons every year! I had a few lemons produced during the early years, but now I harvest between 2-3 dozen every fall. You'll need to plant in a container (one you can comfortably move inside during the winter). They need good drainage, lots of sunlight, occasional fertilizing, and regular water. When it's a mild winter (like this past one), my tree stayed inside for a very short time. They can tolerate temps down into the 20's. The lemons are delicious!!!
